Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 *All products are handmade and therefore may contain slight imperfections although all care is taken to make all orders as close to perfect as possible. After a step is approved, I can not change anything after moving forward and can not accept cancelations, returns or give refunds on custom orders. Should there be a problem within 7 days of receiving your order, please reach out directly and we will evaluate the options.
